Villa Maffei Rizzardi is available weekly from April to November, especially suitable for those who search for a quiet holiday in the country away from traffic and noise.

The villa is rented from Saturday to Saturday, however, in certain periods we can consider short stay not less than two days.

The Villa is suitable for 10 people, but it is possible to add max two beds in the present rooms to get to a maximum of 12 persons.
We don’t rent rooms but the entire property. In fact, the Villa, the pool and the surrounding park are at the exclusive use of the Guests.

VILLA MAFFEI RIZZARDI SCRUPULOUSLY APPLIES THE UPDATED PROCESS FOR SAFETY AND CLEANING DUE TO THE EMERGENCY OF THE COVID-19 PANDEMIC

It guarantees the maintenance of social distancing in the moments of interaction with the guest, and advanced cleaning to prevent possible infections.

Despite our strict policy with regard to penalties (see below), WE GUARANTEE THE RETURN OF DEPOSITS IN CASE OF IMPOSSIBILITY TO REACH THE VILLA DUE TO DECISIONS TAKEN BY THE GOVERNMENTS INVOLVED

GROUND FLOOR

The Villa has a surface of 800 mq and consists of a ground floor and a first flloor. In the ground floor: the big saloon, the TV room, the billiard room, the living room, the dining room, the guesthouse and a large kitchen. Four fireplaces at ground floor, a very comfortable ambience but impressive, cool in the summer even without air-conditioner.

A long staircase leads to a living room then to the bedrooms, all with a beautiful view over the garden.

RENTAL PRICES 2022

From 9th April to 28th May – Euro 3.200 weekly
From  28th May to 25th June – Euro 3.600 weekly
From 25th June to 27th August – Euro 4.000 weekly
From 27th August to 1st October – Euro 3.600 weekly
From 1st October to 5th November – Euro 3.200 weekly

The above rental prices (charged up to 10 people) are per week. The Villa is available also for short stay (min. 2 days) excluding July and August. Additional beds (max 2) are available in the Villa: the extra prices are 250 Euro per person a week.
We can consider discounts for booking superior to one week, for information and availability please contact us.

Pets are welcome, subject to the approval of the property with a surcharge of Euro 100 per week (each)

RATES INCLUDE
Bed linen, bath, kitchen and swimming pool towels, water, electricity (up to 300kw), gas, internet access, maintenance of the garden and pool, maid service costs (resetting of bathrooms and kitchen, two hours twice a week), and if needed we can provide baby bed/high chair.

RATES NOT INCLUDE
Cleaning at the end of the stay Euro 280, electricity supply (Euro 0,30 per kw) if exceeding 300 kw, per week, during the Rental Period. Small animals are admitted, but we require Euro 100 per animal per stay.

SECURITY DEPOSIT
Upon arrival we ask our guests to give us 800 Euro as refundable deposit for any damage or breakage which may occur during your stay. When you departure the money will be given back, unless it has to be used partly or fully for any damage.

BOOKING
30% of rent must be paid at the moment of booking by bank draft. On receipt of the deposit the booking is definitively confirmed. 40% one month before arrival date and the remainder is due upon arrival.

CANCELLATIONS
If cancellation is made by the Guest at any time before arrival, whatever the reason for, the owner may retain the payments already effected as a penalty for cancellation.

ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE
Unless otherwise agreed, the check-in is from 5 p.m. and the check-out by 10 a.m.

EXTRA SERVICES AVAILABLE
With extra charges: extra linen and towels change, extra domestic help, washing and ironing, babysitting, massages, manicure, first-day shopping, private chef, chauffeur, meal on your first evening, wood for fireplace, farm products, wine and food testing, cooking lessons, pets allowed, airport transfers, driver, daily tours to cities and wine tours or testing and wedding planner.

SWIMMING POOL
The swimming-pool in the park, which is at the exclusive disposal of the guests, is: 1,50 mt. high and 13,5 x 6,5 mt. large.
Usually the swimming pool is available from June to September.
